Easy work is all about relationships

Jan 04,2025

1. Misconception: Directly equating "easy work" with "relationship acquisition" is a one-sided bias. Many jobs may appear easy due to clear responsibilities, optimized processes, advanced technology, or efficient teamwork, rather than relying solely on personal relationships.

2. Diversity exists: The nature of work in the workplace varies, ranging from high-intensity and high-pressure challenging positions to positions that require meticulousness and patience but have a lighter overall burden. The establishment of these positions is based on business needs, skill requirements, and job characteristics, and is not solely determined by relationships.

3. Fair competition and individual effort: In modern enterprises, more and more organizations emphasize fair competition and transparency in talent selection. Employees gain promotion and better job opportunities through their own abilities, efforts, and performance, rather than just relying on relationships. Simply attributing easy work to personal connections overlooks the importance of individual effort and ability.
