To handle conflicts between people, the following three steps can be followed:

Explore the reasons: Try to understand the root cause of the conflict from the other party's perspective, recognizing that everyone's behavior and reactions have specific reasons and motivations behind them.

2. Communication and negotiation: Clear expression: Based on understanding the other party, express one's own views and feelings clearly, and use "I" statements to reduce aggression. Finding commonalities: Emphasize the common goals and values between both parties, and use them as a basis to find common ground or compromise solutions to solve problems. Propose a solution: Based on the needs and actual situation of both parties, propose specific and feasible solutions, and invite the other party to participate in discussions and modifications.

3. Execution and follow-up: Reaching consensus: Ensuring that both parties agree on the solution and clarify their respective responsibilities and expected outcomes. Take action: Take action according to the agreed plan and maintain open and honest communication throughout the process. Evaluation and Adjustment: Evaluate the effectiveness of the solution after a period of time, and make timely adjustments if necessary to better meet the needs of both parties.
