1. Observe self behavior: Pay attention to your words and actions in different situations, whether you tend to be quiet and introverted, active and outgoing, calm and serious, or sensitive and delicate.

2. Analyze personal interests and hobbies: Think about your preferred types of activities, whether you prefer quiet activities such as reading and artistic creation alone, or are you passionate about dynamic activities such as outdoor sports and social gatherings; Are you inclined towards research and analysis, pursuing depth of knowledge, or enjoying creative expression and seeking fresh experiences.

3. Evaluate emotional reactions and self-regulation ability: Observe one's own reactions when facing pressure, challenges, or emotional changes, whether they are calm and rational, good at self-regulation, or easily agitated and emotionally volatile; At the same time, reflect on the speed and ability to restore calmness and adjust one's state. By combining these aspects, one can preliminarily determine which temperament type they belong to, such as sanguine, choleric, mucinous, or depressive.
