Why is it always easy to be influenced by others' emotions

Dec 31,2024

1. Insufficient self-awareness: Lack of clear understanding of one's own emotional state, needs, and values, leading to being easily influenced by others' emotions, opinions, or behaviors when facing external stimuli, making it difficult to maintain inner independence and balance.

2. Emotional dependence: One may overly rely on the recognition or feedback of others to define self-worth, and this emotional dependence makes oneself more susceptible to the influence of others' attitudes, resulting in greater emotional fluctuations.

3. Lack of emotional management skills: Without effective emotional regulation and coping strategies, it is difficult to self regulate emotions when facing pressure or conflict, and it is easy to be infected by the emotions of others, leading to loss of control of one's own emotions.
