The more men ignore each other, the more they care about why

1. Challenge and Conquest: Men often have a stronger interest and desire to conquer things or people that are difficult to obtain easily. When women don't pay much attention to them, this "elusive" state stimulates their sense of challenge, making them more eager to understand and win the other person's attention.

2. Self value confirmation: In interpersonal relationships, especially romantic relationships, men's sense of self-worth is sometimes linked to the other person's attitude. If women don't pay attention to them often, men may feel that they are not attractive enough or of low value, which can stimulate their desire for self-improvement and make them work harder to showcase themselves in the hope of gaining recognition from others.

3. Scarcity effect: People usually believe that scarce things are more valuable. When women do not often interact with men, this "scarcity" makes men feel that women are more precious and special, and thus cherish and care more. This psychological phenomenon prompts men to work harder to pursue and maintain relationships with women.
