Why is a girl's body cold

Dec 30,2024

1. Poor blood circulation: Due to physiological structural characteristics such as thinner peripheral blood vessels, female students may not have as smooth blood circulation as male students, resulting in insufficient blood supply to distal parts of the body and lower temperatures.

2. Physical factors and metabolic rate: Some girls have a cold constitution, lower basal metabolic rate, and produce relatively less heat, which makes them feel cold.

3. Lifestyle habits and environmental factors: Long term exposure to cold environments, thin clothing, lack of exercise, or insufficient calorie sources in diet can all lead to girls having lower body temperatures and feeling cold.
