People with extreme inferiority complex express themselves

Jan 29,2025

1. Social avoidance: Often feeling uncomfortable in social situations, avoiding establishing deep connections with others or participating in collective activities, fearing that one's words and actions will be ridiculed or criticized by others.

2. Self denial: Frequent negative self evaluations, believing that one is incompetent, unworthy of love, or worthless. Even when faced with success or praise, it is difficult to accept, always feeling like one is just lucky or that others are being polite.

3. Excessive sensitivity: Overinterpreting the words and actions of others can easily lead to viewing their unintentional actions as dissatisfaction or ridicule towards oneself. This sensitivity often leads to significant emotional fluctuations, making it easy to fall into self doubt and depression.
