1. Use energy cream: Squeeze an appropriate amount of penetrating cream (i.e. energy cream) onto a cotton pad, then gently apply it in circular motions on the face from inside out until absorbed. This step is to enable the skin to better absorb subsequent healthy water and other skincare products.
2. Use healthy water: Next, use healthy water. Healthy water can be combined with a cotton pad to gently pat the entire face to promote absorption.
