1. Adequate preparation: Gain a deep understanding of the speech content and prepare a detailed speech or outline. Practice speaking multiple times, including in front of a mirror, facing family and friends, or recording oneself. Predict possible questions and prepare corresponding answers.

2. Psychological adjustment: Positive self suggestion, telling oneself that it can be done, and building confidence. Deep breathing and relaxation exercises, do a few deep breaths before going on stage to relieve tension. Focus on the content of the speech rather than audience reactions, imagine yourself communicating with a group of friendly and interested people.

3. Interaction and Focus: Increase interaction with the audience, such as asking questions, inviting feedback, etc., which can shift your attention and enhance your sense of participation. Focus on what is currently being said, avoid overthinking the next steps, and reduce psychological pressure. Set small goals, such as giving yourself a small reward for completing the introduction section, gradually building a sense of achievement.
