How to solve the problem of loud motor noise when electric vehicles run

The electric vehicle has a loud motor noise when running. The solution is as follows:

1. Check the bearings inside the motor: If the bearing clearance becomes larger or worn, replace the bearings with new ones and add lubricating oil to improve durability.

2. Check the internal components of the motor:

Rotor and stator: If the rotor and stator are not concentric or malfunction, they need to be readjusted or repaired.

Magnetic steel: If the magnetic steel becomes loose or falls off, it needs to be re bonded.

Axial displacement: If there is axial displacement inside the motor, an appropriate amount of washer should be added in the axial direction.

Commutator: If the surface of the commutator is oxidized, loose, or uneven, it is necessary to clean the surface layer of the commutator or weld the commutator segments firmly.

Carbon brush holder: If the screws are loose or the position is not correct, it is necessary to tighten or adjust the position of the carbon brush holder.

3. Check the external connection of the motor: If the motor connection wire is loose or the screw mouth is loose, or the connection wire is broken, the motor connector needs to be disassembled to check whether the circuit is firmly connected, whether there is a broken wire, and replace the damaged connection wire in a timely manner. If the motor Hall is damaged, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner. At the same time, it should be ensured that the motor is not filled with water. If water enters, it needs to be disassembled and cleaned of rust and water.
