Why is hybrid power not good

Jan 21,2025

1. High cost: The research and production costs of hybrid power systems are relatively high, resulting in higher vehicle prices compared to traditional fuel vehicles.

2. Complex maintenance: Due to the combination of fuel and electric power systems, more specialized knowledge may be required for repair and maintenance, increasing the complexity and cost of maintenance.

3. Range and charging limitations: Although hybrid electric vehicles have a higher range compared to pure electric vehicles, they are still limited by battery capacity and cannot be quickly charged through an external power source like pure electric vehicles.
