The causes, treatment methods, and precautions for pediatric nasal abscess are as follows:

1. Reason

Acne: Caused by Propionibacterium acnes infection, it may be accompanied by local redness, itching, and suppuration symptoms.

+Swelling: External application of fusidic acid ointment, erythromycin ointment, oral administration of amoxicillin capsules, cefixime dispersible tablets and other drugs can be used.

+Sinusitis: Anti infection treatment can be administered with medications such as amoxicillin, clavulanate potassium tablets, and cefixime granules.

Surgical treatment:

+Swelling: If the abscess is large or accompanied by severe pain, incision and drainage surgery may be considered.

+Malignant tumor: If the abscess is caused by a malignant tumor, the tumor should be completely removed through surgery in a timely manner.

Laser therapy: Suitable for treating superficial and stubborn purulent acne, it can accurately control heat distribution to prevent damage to surrounding normal tissues.

3. Precautions

Maintain skin cleanliness: Regularly clean the skin to avoid oil clogging pores.

Avoid squeezing abscesses: Do not squeeze abscesses with your hands to prevent infection from spreading.
