1. Enhance self-awareness: Learn to detect emotions in a timely manner when they are affected, calm your mood through deep breathing, meditation, and other methods, and remind yourself that you are the master of your emotions.

2. Build confidence: Enhance one's abilities and knowledge, strengthen one's sense of self-worth, reduce reliance on external evaluations, and thus be less easily influenced by others' words.

3. Rational thinking: objectively analyze others' words, distinguish their authenticity and rationality, avoid blindly accepting negative information, and use rational thinking to control emotional reactions.
