Obligations of employers towards employees

1. Provide a safe working environment: Employers should provide workers with labor safety and health conditions that comply with national regulations and necessary labor protection equipment, establish and improve labor safety and health systems, prevent accidents during the labor process, and reduce occupational hazards.

2. Payment of labor remuneration: Employers shall timely and fully pay labor remuneration to employees in accordance with the provisions of the labor contract and national regulations, including basic wages, bonuses, allowances, subsidies, etc., and shall not withhold or unreasonably delay payment.

3. Payment of social insurance: Employers shall pay social insurance premiums for their employees in accordance with the law, including pension insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work-related injury insurance, and maternity insurance, to safeguard the right of employees to obtain material assistance from the state and society in accordance with the law in the event of old age, illness, work-related injury, unemployment, childbirth, and other situations.
