This method is suitable for situations that require long-term storage and are not in a hurry to consume.

2. Refrigeration or freezing: Refrigeration: Place vacuum packaged or sealed cooked sausages in the refrigerator compartment, with a temperature controlled between 0-4 ℃. This method is suitable for short-term storage and daily household use, and can usually be stored for 3-4 days. Freezing: Divide the cooked sausages and place them in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, with the temperature controlled below minus 18 ℃. Freezing can significantly extend the storage time of sausages, usually for 2-3 months. However, it should be noted that frozen sausages need to be thawed in advance before consumption and ensure complete thawing to the inside.
