1. Pain and swelling: When blood clots form, the legs are often the first area to show symptoms. Patients may experience leg pain, especially when walking or standing, accompanied by swelling in the legs, especially in the lower leg area.

2. Skin changes: Thrombosis affects blood circulation and may cause changes in the color of the leg skin, such as redness, purple or pale, depending on the severity of ischemia. The skin temperature may decrease, the touch may become cooler, and there may be a phenomenon of tight or shiny skin.
