1. Participate in social activities more: Try joining interest groups, clubs, or volunteer activities, communicate with people from different backgrounds, and gradually enhance your confidence in speaking in public.
2. Self practice and simulation: Practice speeches or conversations in front of the mirror at home, record videos and review them for analysis and improvement. Different scenarios can also be set up to simulate conversations and improve adaptability.
3. Learn communication skills: Read books related to communication skills, participate in online or offline communication skills training, understand and practice effective listening, clear expression, nonverbal communication and other skills.
