1. Material selection: Electric vehicle battery casings often use high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials such as ABS plastic, aluminum alloy, or composite materials to ensure the safety and durability of the battery pack.

2. Design features: Waterproof and dustproof: The shell design needs to have good sealing to prevent moisture and dust from entering and protect the internal circuit of the battery. Heat dissipation performance: Reasonably design the heat dissipation structure, such as heat dissipation holes, heat dissipation fins, etc., to cope with the heat generated during battery charging and discharging processes. Anti seismic and anti drop: Adopting reinforced ribs, buffer layers and other designs to improve the impact and seismic resistance of the shell, protecting the battery from accidental damage.

3. Safety protection: Overcurrent protection: An overcurrent protection device is installed inside the casing or at the connection to prevent excessive current from damaging the battery or causing a fire. Short circuit protection: Ensure sufficient insulation distance between the positive and negative electrodes of the battery to prevent short circuits from occurring. Flammable material isolation: The battery and other components inside the casing must be effectively isolated to prevent battery leakage or combustion from affecting other components.
