The contradiction between the setting of an ideal life and resource limitations: In an ideal, people often expect to have sufficient time, money, and energy to pursue personal interests, family happiness, and career success. However, in real life, resources are limited, time is irreversible, and economic pressure is widespread, which makes it difficult for many people to meet all their ideal needs at the same time, and compromises and trade-offs must be made in all aspects.

The conflict between the vision of an ideal society and complex human nature: Ideal life is often built on a harmonious, just, and unbiased social foundation. However, in the real world, human nature is complex and diverse, and issues such as conflicts of interest, prejudice, discrimination, and moral decay are difficult to avoid. This makes it difficult to achieve the ideal social state, and individuals often encounter obstacles and challenges from the social environment when pursuing their ideal life.

3. The gap between ideal self and real self: In an ideal life, people often imagine themselves as perfect, versatile, and respected individuals. However, in real life, everyone has their own weaknesses and shortcomings, facing various challenges and failures. The gap between this ideal self and the real self often leads to feelings of frustration, anxiety, and self doubt, affecting the pursuit and experience of an ideal life.
