1. Self awareness and emotional independence: Recognize that everyone is an independent individual, and parents' emotional expressions may not fully meet your expectations. Learning to affirm oneself, cultivating self-confidence, and understanding one's own value does not solely rely on parental approval. Seek psychological counseling or join supportive groups, communicate with people who have similar experiences, and gain emotional support and understanding.

2. Effective communication: Choose the appropriate time and method, try to communicate your feelings and needs openly with your parents, and express your desire to receive more attention and support. Use "I" language, such as "I feel..." instead of the accusatory "you always don't..." to reduce the other person's defensive mentality. Listening to their perspectives and feelings, trying to understand their positions, even if not fully agreeing, can enhance mutual understanding.

3. Establish your own support system: Expand your social circle, make like-minded friends, share life experiences, and build deep friendships. Seek guidance from mentors or life mentors, who can be teachers, elders, or seniors in the workplace, providing you with different perspectives and advice. Developing hobbies and participating in community activities or volunteer work can not only enrich your life, but also help you find a sense of belonging and achievement. Set personal goals and strive towards them, achieving self-worth to gain inner satisfaction and confidence.
