1. Deep breathing and calm thinking: When emotions are about to erupt, take several deep breaths to gradually stabilize your heart rate and breathing. Give yourself a few seconds to think about what you really want to express and the potential negative consequences of shouting.

2. Adopt a positive communication approach: Use "I" statements to express your feelings and needs, such as "I feel very frustrated because we need to tidy up the room together." Encourage children to express their ideas, listen and respect their perspectives, and establish two-way communication.

3. Find alternative strategies: Set clear rules and reward and punishment systems to let children know which behaviors are acceptable and which are unacceptable, and clarify the consequences.
